Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order depends on how many colors are printed on the shirt. It starts at a 12 shirt minimum for a 1 color print. 24 shirts for a 2 color print. 36 shirts for a 3 color print. 48 shirts for a 4 color print. 60 shirts for a 5 color print. 72 shirts for a 6 color print.
Can I get one more shirt?
It is a problem to add or request 1 or 2 more shirts after a job is printed. Setting up the equipment takes a lot of time, that is why there is a minimum order for each job. Please provide an accurate shirt count, and add extras if necessary.
When will my shirts be done?
Turnaround time can vary depending on the season. Normally it is 5 to 10 business days. Exceptions can be made for events, etc. now and then, depending on our work load at the time the order is placed.
When do I pay for my shirts?
Normally a 50% deposit is required when an order is placed, and the balance is due when the shirts are picked up. Exceptions for this would be a school or a church. Purchase orders are required for school orders.
May I provide my own shirts?
Typically we don’t print shirts that are provided. Some garments sold in stores, etc. don’t print well and that creates a liability problem. This could be looked at on a case by case basis. Usually the most cost effective thing to do is have us provide the shirts. It takes the same amount of time/labor to print shirts that are brought in, as to print shirts that are shipped into our shop.
How should I make my art?
Graphics in a computer format need to be a vector based graphic. The graphic needs to be created in a vector based program like CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Many people create graphics in other programs and save them as .ai .eps or .cdr This will not work. The graphics need to originate in a vector based program. Drawings should be done in ink on a white background. Send over whatever you can and we will see if we can work it out.
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes, artwork is kept on file indefinitely.
Can you print a photograph onto my shirt?
In many cases this can be a problem. This would need to be looked at on a job by job basis.
How big will the art be on the shirts?
A full sized adult print is 12″ x 12″. This same size print can also be printed all the way done to Youth XS sizes. Though it may look pretty big on that size shirt, it is a cost effective way to print a few youth and adult sizes within the same order. Left chest prints are normally between 3″ x 3″ and 4″ x 4″.
May I mix shirt styles and colors?
Yes as long as the ink color remains the same on all of them. We ask for a minimum of 6 shirts per color of shirt. This makes it easier and cheaper to order from the shirt wholesale companies. Styles can be mixed within an order. For example you could get 11 black T-shirts and 1 black hoodie and 1 black sweatshirt. The ink colors would remain the same on them all.
